Hello all,

I am doing personal custom build.
In any performance engine power is only as good as the foundation you start off with aka junk in junk out!
Can not polish a turd.

Inquiring on interest of who would be interested in custom build.

Not just any stock build but every aspect and flaws cured.
Will require some machine shop work.
Due to various sizes and core wear. Your core will have to be inspected by you and measured.
I know of one builder in Canada that does 6cyl builds. His work and shop is well know.

My inquiry is to take few steps above, in few areas.
Areas of flaw:
Studs
Cam
Pistons
Rods
Stroker crank(cast)
Billet steel crank (not sho)

One aspect is cores are readily available in your area. These older trucks/sables enones are plentiful as well.

Performance ratio aspirated 1.2-1.4 per cube is attainable.
Forced induction 1.6-2.2+
Multiple fuels and system depends on system factory or aftermarket and tuning.

Aspirated or Your Performance add-ons to consider is forced induction of turbo, blower, nitrous oxide, meth inj.

This is on going process of measurements and exchanging with custom parts manufacturers.
I have few builds for cost of machining of their products, coatings, options.
There are 3 piston concepts:
Cast pistons factory
Forged piston street lower cost
Billet pistons are for endurance and strength also gives you a % of woops where others fail of above materials.

I am still configuration of cyl heads and valves. Due to complex limitations of these castings and water jacket by seats valves size is limited. Unleaded fuel and hardened seats limit exhaust size. Exhaust seat erosion is common flaw and can happen in low milage.

I have configured spring retainers for single/dual for various seat loads.
Custom cam grinder to address lobe and center line.

As of totally custom engine time is slow nothing happens over night.
My Moto is I only like to build it ONCE
So build it like a diamond 💎 hard to break it, no matter what you bolt on it.

Good luck. Tom Moreno racing engines is the only place i know of currently & their prices are high. But they do have pistons, stroker cranks, custom cams, springs & roller rockers, ported heads & intakes.

Hello,
Yes I purchased their build.
So I know of their products and what's available from their shop.
I am not in competition with their products.

Thanks
