Nope. The 3.0, 2.3sohc, 2.3dohc, and 4.0 all have different bell housings. Only the 2.9 and 4.0 share the same bell housing.

2.8 also shares 2.9/4.0 pattern. There's also the single bolt change between OHV and SOHC 4.0's, but that's not critical.
