I have a slight vibration when at idle with the AC turned off, very subtle. However it gets much worse when the AC is turned on, or if I just have air blowing through both the feet and head vents. Already replaced the IAC valve and did a complete tune up. The AC clutch does engage and disengage constantly while driving and I do believe it's time for a recharge. No codes have been thrown. MAF has been cleaned as well. I've ran a can of seafoam to unclog any dirty injectors as well. Any ideas?

What did you gap the spark plugs at?

Is it the original Coil Pack or has it been replaced?

When you replaced the IAC, did you look at the throttle body and clean it out? They get filthy and can mess with your idle quality.

Gapped them all to .042" if I remember right. This issue was occurring before they were changed as well with no difference before and after. Coil pack is still original and I've been thinking either that or a leaky injector.

Hold the gas pedal to the floor and try to start the engine. If the engine starts, or even attempts to start you have a leaking injector.

Nope, it'll only turn over, also used the old screwdriver against injector trick to see if they're were any irregularities. All are firing well, going to look into the coil pack next

Do a compression check on all cylinders. I put it off on mine and chased an uneven idle with the MAF unplugged and an idle that would lope and eventually door with the MAF plugged in. Turns out I have a bad exhaust valve (after a compression check and cylinder leak test) which is throwing off the readings to the O2 causing the computer to do crazy shit to bring it back to normal levels.

You said you have no codes for this? I would check the basics like battery cables, alternator voltage, check plug wires for chaffing or arc marks. If all that checks out I would replace the coil pack and see if that helps. Does this vibrate when driving or just at idle?

Yes no codes, coil pack has been replaced. The vibration is only at idle, and gets worse when load is put on the engine, such as the AC. Plugs and wires have been replaced as well. I recently replaced the EGR valve and notice some improvement, however not too sure if this is the main problem

Is the vibration at the engine or steering wheel? If it's at the engine I would check your engine mounts. Maybe one is bad. This is such a weird issue I don't know what else to check.

It's the engine, it acts like a vacuum leak but I smoked the system to show nothing. Mounts are good, I'm thinking something with the EGR system.

What is the idle RPM actually at? Read with a scanner not the tach.
