Looks like the steering rod ends (at least the right one) is new, as they do wear out, the headliner will be saging most likely, the rear diff input shaft seal is leaking, typical. Other than that it looks to be unmolested. Nice find.

Unfourtantly it seems clean old rangers have gotten infected by the same virus as clean old F series trucks.
I noticed prices on anything old going through the roof around the time american pickers/pawn stars got big
