i hate to say this but...... SOMEBODY HELP!
im tearing the axle apart to get to the u joints ad im stuck. i got he hubs,rotors, nuts, and bearings out but whatever holds the axle in the knuckle is being stubborn.
i tried prying, pb blaster, heat, a puller but the puller couldnt grab anything so any help would be apreciated!

nothing holding it from the back side....

I used a flat chisel and a 3lb sledge to pull mine for the first time. Just work your way around it swapping sides. Like when you tighten lug nuts

thanks rowdy! i wasnt 100% sure how to do it so i figured id ask before i messed it up. i got it. had to use 3 chisels and a BFH but its off.
i also got my balistic order and james duff stuff in today. i am still waiting on my wedges but i can work on the axle until my parts come in.

i got out in the garage a little bit ago and ripped into the front axle and got started on the u joints and bearings. said f it and painted the rad arms and the axle. it also is looking good for running my 33s cuz my diffs got 4/10s. im still waiting on wedges from duff but thats all thats holding me back from hanging this front end. this efin project is nickle and diming me to death!

i just got back from colorado and i had a couple of boxes waiting for me. i got out into the garage today and started putting all the new parts into my axle. i just about got everything done and then the factory locking hub broke in my hand. at least it was before i was out on a trail. now i have to order some warn hubs. this axle is eating a crapload of money. its slowly getting there.

I got in some wrench time tonight! PROGRESS IS SWEET!
i still need to go higher to fit th coils in but the jack stands wont cut it. ill have to throw some wood under em. but heres where i left off. this is with the 33s until i can get the 37s.

i had the chance to get into the garage today and get a little done.
i cant do anything else until next friday until i get my torch outfit filled. sucks but o well. heres some pics.

i never could get my old tanks filled so i just rented some from airgas. i pulled a allnighter and cleaned the frame and get the fsb buckets in place. not a ton of progress but its getting closer. phone pics but some

i still need to make a crossmember for the trans and doubler and fab some buckets for the rad arms and i should be able to get this frontend mounted. this is taking so effin long its killing me!

Youll hate me for being late with this, but autozone rents these tools that thread onto the spindle... and with the use of a slide hammer which can also be rented your life = easy!

the nearest az is a hour drive round trip with a 12mpg diesel and i knew somebody had a trick. thank u though

yeah i know. iv done a couple of things but ive been busy with everything but my stuff. im planning on getting in the garage tonight to try and finnish the front end an remove the rear. working on my toys was so much easyier when i was single! ill throw some progress pics up tonight.
