Swick's Prerunner

Test fit those ruffstuff perches before you weld them. My deaver center pins were too big for the holes they laser cut. Its a pain to get the axle under the truck to realize you've gotta drill the holes out.

Thank you for the heads up. I did see your post on Dr about the issue. While I do the swap I will give the spring pack a prep.

sadly i have not made any progress with the axle. today i did go to the half off weekend at the local pick and pull. for 10 bucks i walked out with a switch panel with circuit breakers, cb antenna with two bases and a cable.

went together like it was.

the axle came out of a 93 f-150 with a 5.0 motor with 4x4. the gear set that is in the axle is 3.55 l/s. the track width of this axle/wheel combo is 74" out side of tread to out side of tread.

You cut the end of the bed up at an angle? You parked farther forward?
