so i get asked this question all the time.. "why ford?" "there junk" yada-yada.
why do you guys drive ford?
most guys that drive ford are loyal fans, some of you just happen to buy a ford.
i myself, when i was young, i had a budget, and i had a vision. after looking online for a truck i could build that had a decent sized engine, that i could lift, easy to work on , and was cheap, i ran into a 4.0l v6 ranger.
after running to several shops every one said i didnt want this truck, i decided to buy it any ways.
i didnt want a toyota with a weak ass 4 banger, i didnt want a dana 30 jeep, the sye for that is stupid expensive, and every thing else was either carbed, or had ifs. so i figured the ttb was the best compromise. plus the ranger had a 4.0 which makes decent power.
after owning several fords, because no one wants them and there cheap because of that, without having any problems, i have become a life time ford fan.
.. and this site, i have yet to find another forum that has the amount of detailed information and help this site has. you ask a question.. you get an answer. the tech library, its simply an amazing database. thanks for all the help guys!
