Both engines are 4 cyl. Is there going to be a problem taking a 99 5spd manual and putting it in a 94? Everything I've read up on says they're the same trans but my worry is any issues with the computer or anything?? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

The transmissions should* be the same. I would check out the vss setup though. There were differences on some years.

Thanks! Now I just have to diagnose the noise in the 94. A lot of rattling and grinding when the clutch is engaged. I'm hoping is a clutch bearing but I doubt I'm going to get that lucky.
