With that much lift I doubt you would need anything done with the driveshafts... front will be fine, I was running 6-7" lift for a while and was just fine, now I'm down to like 3 or 4" since the springs are now fried... I'm not sure about the rear but I imagine you would be fine, I switched to an explorer 8.8 when I did the lift and kept the stock shaft. Being you have a 2 piece shaft at most find a '98+ one piece shaft and you'll probably be fine, or at least drop the carrier bearing.
I would definitely recommend the $200 FA600 pitman arm, proper linkage angles make a huge difference...
