Replacing oil seal from rear axle to TC?

Is this a difficult job? Any tricks or tips? Seems mine is leaking just a little at the moment.

The seal where the drive shaft flange slips into the TC.

you will have to remove the flange from the transfer case. seems it just unbolts. check the flange for wear.

Or a 1/2" impact gun...

The bolt that holds the flang in place? Any special tools to install or remove the old seal? I ordered the seal, should be here this week.
