I don't suggest 33's on a stock truck. Sure, it CAN be done and many have, I had a hard enough time throwing flares out wheelin' with that same setup you want to run and 32's. It's one of the reasons I threw on the 1" bodylift.

I'd rather have more height for the tire, than not enough.

top of one of the pages I linked the store. something like Sportstrailerz? Been a couple years. shoot 'em an email and ask. Or...just contact Performance Accesories direct. PA for short...you'll need 12 1x3" bodylift blocks. I think within that thread, there's posts about people having trouble getting 'em from the ebay store, and their fixes to that issue(other retailers, PA direct, etc).

I suggest mcmaster.com or fastenal.com for your bolts. Hardware stores around me want upwards of $6 per bolt of the shortest bolts needed.

If you've not joined Ranger-Forums, I hope you do. Another site for great new ideas and help and full of enthusiasts.

on the street yeah..good to go. choose wheels wisely though if you wheel it. It's just like 35's and a 3" bodylift...fine line between 'okay' and 'effed up body'. 15x8 w/ 3.75 or so backspace should be perfect for 1" and 33x12.50's.

Im currently running 32's with stock suspension (torsion bars cranked max + extra leafs in rear) and looking to use 33's next time I buy tires. I've had to "massage" the front inner fenders so far, and will probably trim the outter fenders to accomodate the 33's. In my application, I'd rather not lift the body or suspension (keeping a lower center of gravity) but benefit from larger/wider tires.
Be advised that a body lift may create problems with steering/brake/shift functions that are not always simple to fix. (though 1" may not be a big deal).

Bed bolts need 1.5" outside diameter thick washers and need to have about a 1/2" hole. All the other washers can be your basic run of the mill 1/2" washer.

3" there's no issues in any of those areas you've mentioned....

Practically thousands have them on RBV's with no issues what so ever.
