They will be every bit of 46" with the heim and the cast head unit in place. Probably closer to 48"

Super beefy stuff.

They gave me so many nuts and bolts I can't figure out where they all go...maybe it will be clear when I put them on

On another note, I got a thing in the mail from James Duff thanking me for my purchase....and giving me a store credit towards more of their products! It will come in handy for the their track bar bracket!

For whatever reason my ViAir relay/pressure switch crapped out on me so I picked up another one..and plan on picking up a safety relief valve in case it happens again and the compressor sticks...This time I bought the 3 year warranty for it at 4wp ($2).

My goal for August is for some polyurethane c-bushing and the JD track bar bracket....that way I can assemble the arms on the D44 and hang it in the barn out of the way while I save up for:

Ball joints
ujoints
Bearings
Seals
TRE inserts
TRE's
DOM (20')
Track bar heims
Wheels
Tires
Coils
Another pair of Bilsteins
Misc brakelines/ftgs
Rock sliders
Possibly a master cylinder too

I am hoping to find a smokin deal on 35/37 BFG KM1's or KM2's on CL. Who knows maybe I'd even throw them on before I go SAS :icon_hornsup: Yet keep the 33's for commuting...two sets would be BA...one for commuting and one for wheeling!

I may not be working much this fall semester cuz I will have a heavy class load...so my goal for this year is to save enough money to buy the above on winter break between Dec and Jan. Possible do the swap in the spring or right as I break for Summer 2013.

sounds good, but what the heck do you need 20 feet of DOM for?

5 for the tie rod, 3 for the draglink, and 3 or so for the track bar = 11' rounded up to 20' for waste factor and so I can have extra as spares or what not

gotcha. i wish i had bought an entire 20 foot stick myself. i have two pieces of DOM about 2' each that i cant really do anything with. too short for a track bar or a draglink.

Yeah thats what I want to avoid! Plus RuffStuff is 1 mile away so I will just hang it on the mirror and hold onto it for the drive home

Any updates? I've been waiting for you to get that axle under there! I have the same pieces you do, just waiting to come home next month to do mine, so
I was hoping you could post some
Picture updates!

None unfortunately it is on back burner for a while. The swap is a ways off, probably next summer.

I am planning on gettin the JD track bracket and c-bushings though this month.
