I don't see a problem with that! LOL ouch. We had a farm truck come in last year with a blown air bag and he just wanted a new one in it, well upon further inspection he blew the torque arm right through the frame and the axle tube itself was cracked and separating 3/4 of the way around... AND it had been driven miles down the road like that:shok:

I'm a retired State Trooper. Here's a pic of me with my unit in front of the post. The photo was taken for my Post Trooper Of The Year award.

The ACE plate on the front is for arresting (5) different people within a calendar year that were driving a stolen vehicle. Only (3) Troopers have ever earned that award while stationed at that post.

In my career, I also served as a Technical Crash Investigator, Background Investigator, and Highway Patrol Driving Instructor. I use to get to teach people to drive and maneuver patrol cars at high speeds.

Lisbon Post 15
Cleveland Ops - IS/480 - Post 18
Chardon Post 28

I've also done work out of the Ashtabula Post 4, Ravenna Post 67, and Warren DHQ on special details.

As far as cars go, my favorite was actually this silver one I had back around 1992:

I probly never saw ya then I was only ever pulled over by a few state troopers and I never got ticketed by a trooper either i got a writen warning for a 75 in 55 by a trooper once. I think I've only been around marysville post (Union) and wapakoneta post (auglaize) and if there is a post in logan county but I think logan uses the marysville post. I remember the old crown vics they had the 5.0 I think the newer one use the 4.6.

Thanks, I love my job! The only problem is it doesnt give me any experience working on trucks, so everything I do on my Ranger is trial an error. :icon_idea:

Hey thats the best way to learn I think. That way next time you know what your doing and it helps you understand how things work. You learn from experience.
