2002 2.3 Mazda DOHC engine. I finally got to the pcv valve after removing the inner splash shield. I bought a replacement from NAPA. Tried to install it but the cap would not snap back in the slots. The shoulder of the new pcv valve was thicker then the OEM one. Took it back & went to Auto Zone. Theirs was the same. I finally cleaned out the old one & reinstalled it. Has anyone else had this problem on a DOHC 2.3? If so where did you find one that would let the cap go far enough down to snap back in the slots on the pcv valve cap. I have excessive crankcase pressure. I need to replace this & hopefully it helps. Thanks in advance. Sorry I posted this in the wrong forum but cannot figure out how to delete it
