Well, Sara and I closed on our house today!!! We have been looking and decided on this one a few months back and got under contract in April. We LOVE this house. Its a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, full basement house. All kitchen appliances stay, laminate floors, VERY clean house!!! We have 3/4 of an acre, roadfront property, etc... Nice neighborhood and everything. We are so excited!!!!

on to the pics!!!!!

Inside

New carpet going in the three bedrooms next week. Also, the countertops are getting a black granite (i work at a granite quarry) for the kitchen soon as well. And other than paint, that is the only improvements we are doing right now :)

Garage was my second thought, first was congrats! My first house was out in the country and two houses later, still a country boy, just 200 miles North. Problem with a bigger garage is that you will fill it. Pole barn is full, 2 1/2 car garage is full so the running ones sit outside. Enjoy the place and each other. I've been in this last place 25 years and am not moving.

Nice looking place.

You even have a hallway. I'd almost trade my glorified tool shed of a "garage" for one of those.

What is that on the back of the house to the right? A lawn mower garage?

Nice place and congrats! Now get busy and build your 2 car man cave!

2 car man cave!
:icon_rofl::icon_rofl::icon_rofl:

My wife has agreed previously to my desired dimensions for the real garage, which I plan to add on to the existing one and use the current garage as a tool room for the engine hoist and other larger items.

Last night she was looking at a few numbers and then looked up at me and said "You know your garage is going to be almost as big as the house, right?"

I just smiled.
