Don't have time this morning for all that, but you can keep the same alternator you have now.

ok, are you running an elect fan as a puller? and did you mount your radiator in your core support?^nope F Series/ Bronco water pump for me.
Nope. I run a mechanical fan to keep her cool. I used to run a Chevy alternator as well, but I already had the Ford brackets so belt alignment was much simpler with a Ford alternator. You can also make your own brackets to run whatever setup you want.ok, are you running an elect fan as a puller? and did you mount your radiator in your core support?
im also wondering about the alternator. ok id like to get a one wire alt, just because itd be cleaner. but i can get a 100amp chrome one wire alt (but for chevy) for like 60 bucks... could i use this? i know the mounting points might be different? but other than that... why not? ive been looking for a one wire "ford" chrome alt the only one is on jegs for like 120 i think
yea i knew i can make my own brackets, but i didnt take into account it lining up with the other pulleys, ill just get the ford one later on. its coolNope. I run a mechanical fan to keep her cool.
