LMAO! well what did you hook up? did you use any of the wires that you "unplugged" off the stock motor? if not ill just hide this stuff instead of cutting it out incase i need it sometime

I used the gauge harness, alternator wiring and the ignition. everything else pertaining to the EFI was tucked away on the firewall

ahhh efi... ok well 2 different things there then.

well i got my starter right, the dist. plugs right up to the ignition box, i have one alt wire, then wire for the electric fan, and for the sensors for gauges.

now where does the coil wire up to? i guess thats the only thing id have left

if i remember correctly, the hot side isfor when the key is on and cranking, negative goes inside the disty

hmmm well i know that the ground or negative is in with the duraspark plugs. and i can just wire up a quick connect to the positive side, cause thats the wire that comes out of that harness

ok, with this electric fuel pump, i dont have an oil pressure switch. so what do i do? just wire to where its hot when the key is on? im going to fuse it, but what size fuze? im trying to button up the wiring right now

i used a relay on my holley blue.10 amp i belive.
check the specs on your pump,find the max amp draw.that should help tell you what size fuse to use

alright. ill look that up then. i have 2 relays that i bought originaly for that, i guess ill wire one of those in for the pump

ok now on recessing the radiator. how did yall do the bottom? ive noticed that on the 4.0 radiator, it has 2 legs on the bottom, now i dont have any type or rubber to put on them, but did ya'll just cut 2 holes in the bottom of the rad support and use some bushing to set it in? and make some mounts for the top?

i think thats what i am going to try and do, i just have to find some type of rubber or something to support it with

HOw about the stock lower rubber radiator mount bushings? Drill/cut two holes and snap them in, then set the radiator in and fasten the top with two bolts.....like stock.

well my stock radiator didnt have the legs. my radiator mounted completely different, i can make it all work. i was just wondering how everyone else was doing theres. did anyone notch the top of the support to get to the filler cap?

I didn't use the 4.0 radiator, but I did have to make a cutout to access the radiator cap on mine. Only other way is to get an inline filler cap that fits in the upper hose.

i think my upper rad hose is going to run into my alt bracket unless they install a different way

yea i got it now.

how is the manual steering box? is it harder to turn? ive been thinking about swapping to the manual and getting rid of the power steering
