Well, it's almost time to get all my front end rebuild parts installed. Upper and lower control arms, with new ball joints, bushings, code 1 torsion bars, inner/outer tie rod ends, sway bar bushings and links and new shocks. Its my understanding that the lower control arms bolts, (front and rear on both sides) are likely no longer available from Ford, but I can't seem to find a part number for cross referencing to Dorman or even finding a NOS set of bolts on eBay. Does anyone happen to have the Ford part number for the bolts and nuts for the LCA?? Thank you VERY much in advance.

Educate me. Why would the bolts need to be replaced if they are not damaged?

They may not need to be replaced. However, Since I'm putting in all new parts, I figured the bolts might as well be new too.

My credo
If you don't have time to do it right will you have time to do it over?
I assume from your location that road salt isn't an issue so I'd reuse the bolts, I don't think a 98 had any torque-to-yield bolts in the suspension. Here in salt country, I always clean bolts and nuts on the wire brush end of my bench grinder, then chase the threads before reinstalling them. I installed a Borgeson steering box in a 68 Mustang yesterday and I cleaned the original, 55 year old grade 8 bolts instead of using the shiny new grade 5 bolts that came with it. Not just because I'm a tight fisted Yankee, and yes, I know that's redundant.
