Are you going to be able to run the size tires you want with out cutting the bed??

That is sure one good looking bed to be cutting up.

And get that thing painted Yellow, it looked better Yellow.

Robert

posted using a ripe apple, and a 7/16 nut.
Yep. Gonna cut and bob this bed and topper actually. I'll be adding 1 more leaf to the pack, and running 37's like I did before. Oh, and yes it will be yellow again too

Josh, didnt you learn when you got the jeep? Why the hell did you get a damn camaro? You shoulda got a mustang if you wanted a street toy. Glad to see your working on D again. Did you get the front done?

SVT
Drove the mustang. Didn't hold a candle to the camaro. And the mustang was more expensive. Never really been screwed on a Chevrolet, just Chrysler products. Why do you think I gave my Dodge to Kristina?

Sooo, things didn't quite work out with the front super duty axle... Due to the location of the pumpkin, the links and driveshaft hit the frame.

So... Now it's back to the 44 with rebuilt arms. I'll just put chromos in it.

Kinda depressing, but whatever.

Also, motor and trans are out and the motor mounts are being built and the doubler is coming together. I'll post pics when I get them

my wheels are 5x5.5, so the lug pattern is good for the 1/2 ton stuff.

going to put the 9" back in the back and bump it up to 35 spline. I'll likely use the rear end out of the explorer when I bump it up to tons in the far distant future. Until then, it will be the 31 spline stuff.

This truck is all about slow wheeling, exploration, getting away, etc so it won't really need the tons, just needs the flex and traction. Now the Explorer... It's going to need to be upgraded. lol

Almost ready to go, needs an exhaust for the 4.3 and she'll go down the road. Sitting on 33s and Methods now, have bypasses and Mcneils Stepside glass for out back.

Picked up a white single cab '92 4cyl 5spd to daily drive for $1500, which is why I'll be around here a little more now. Just needs a little love but runs and drives great.

Yeah I'll update the stepside thread when I get it done.

Hey you don't happen to have one of the cupholders deals from a 5 speed truck do you? The one that sits around the shifter? My 92 doesn't have any cupholders lol

...

Going to pick up the truck Saturday to take to my buddy Mike's shop. It runs now, and the doubler is together. that's it. Really disappointed.
