Howdy Gordyn, and welcome to TRS~!
I would suggest a simple test for the spark that only requires the help of someone or really good eyesight. Remove one of the plugs, and fasten it somehow to the top of the engine or hold it (if you have someone to help) so that the tip of the spark plug is almost touching the valve cover. Have your assistant crank the engine and watch the tip of the plug to see if it archs. Turning the lights out might help a bit.
If you have spark, check one of the other plug tips for fuel saturation...if not, the issue could be fuel supply anywhere from the rear pump in the tank (not usually) or the one on the rail under the driver side foot well.
I guess it might also help if you posted a bit more info such as how you tested for fuel...and did you test for fuel pressure...have you changed fuel filters or any other parts will also be of help to others who want to offer suggestions.
