Traveled back to the U.P. of Michigan to wheel with the old club, MTU four wheelers around Skanee MI.
Split the rigs up into two groups and head out into the rocks.
We where up there the last weekend of Sep, and the weather and colors could not have been better.
Havent posted anything in a long time on here, thought these were worthy.
The at the time girl friend driving the rig
Buddy rolled his XJ. Was really lucky, went over once and landed on the wheels. Could have gone over agian and over a ledge, would have been bad.
We cut the windshield out and used a high lift to push the roof out and he wheeled it the rest of the day.
At the end of the day we headed to the top of Mt Baldy for a surprize I had planned.
I purposed
She said yes
Then we did some more wheelin
It sucks when you are the trail leader, you dont get much footage or pics of your rig.
At the last ledge of the last trail of the day everyone tried but no one could make it.
After a few people get on it, it gets really slick. I gave her hell and finally made it after several attempts.
I made the v notch climb with moderate difficulty on Friday night when we where scouting for the Saturday run.
Made that particular line on several other time wheelin this trail, just wasn’t happenin this time.
