And how on earth does that pic make an electrical box? It has a d ring shackle on it!? And the welding looks the same as it does now. You should take a class, or read a book about welding.... you could learn a lot. I don't mean that in a mean way.

not to bash ya to bad here kip but damn, find a different hobby, welding and fabrication just isn't you. I have a 8 year old nephew that lays better welds. (granted he did learn for a 6g certified welder) In my years/certifications of welding I hate to say it but I haven't seen much worse than that. you need to sit down with an oxy/acet torch and start puddling, then grow from there also 7018 rod for stick seems like a good beginners rod for most although 6010 is also a good beginners rod (get quite a few bb's though)

Well it was either a super cheap RX7, a Ford Focus grill guard, or an RC car bomb. He needs a job, a girlfriend, or a different hobby.

Kip, Sorry man, but I gota chime in here,

I'd be willing to sit you down and show you how to weld, if you can get here (I live in Canada) I would take time off from work just to do it, NO OFFENCE, but you need welding help.
