This is the only picture I can get to at the moment of my my 99 with a twist and lifting shackles. It's wearing 32x11.5R15. The lift shackles are about 2" longer than stock, but I can't say exactly how much lift they give.
I'll see if I can find a better picture of it when I get home tonight.
I'm actually getting ready to go in the opposite direction once these tires wear out. Between the weight and diameter they are hurting my power, performance, and efficiency too much for my liking with stock 4.10 gearing. If rather drop down on tire size and lift, than change gearing. Should make it better for my daily commute am the occasional towing that I do, while also putting it more in line with what I need from a truck.
