I am replacing ball joints on my 94 4wd. I am down to bare knuckles that need removed from the axle. Does the alignment bushings need removed to remove the knuckle? If so, how do I get them out? If not how do I get the knickle out? Thanks!

Just loosen off the pinch bolt that holds the upper balljoint in there. Take a hammer and beat on the knuckle at the balljoint, it'll pop out. Since you are changing the balljoints you could also use a pickle for to pop them apart. The alignment bushing doesn't need to come out.

One more question, one of my wheel bearings was destroyed when I took the disc off. I got the new bearing. The only problem is that I can not get the old racetrack out of the rotor. Any ideas?

If you have a welder you can run a bead of weld around the inside of the race and it should fall right out.
