I'm jealous of that tailgate...I want one of those for my truck. Right now, I've got the original Bushed Stainless "FORD" plate on mine.
Thanks they are nice and look way cleaner to me. My last one had the extra trim and I hated it! If you weld, you could probably weld the hole up in your tailgate.

They are definitely. I do weld and I'm glad you mentioned welding them up because I thought about doing that. I have to cut out and weld in my rear fenders soon :annoyed:

Nice. That's one thing I need to learn to do, knowing how to weld would definitely help things move along much faster.

So it's been a while sense I up dated this....
Late spring my truck got hit and I now need to add on to my bumper.

So I fixed it with my spare taillight I had.

And then I found a set of 32a/t's on alloy wheels off a heep for $80 and finally put them on to replace the bald 35 claws.

Here is a random pic of it partially flexed on a back road.

And a couple ransoms of me racing my xc bike.
Washington state pro xc race, 1st place.

Xc nationals pro 38th. Sun Valley Idaho.

Right now I am looking for new front fenders and working on plans for my front bumper and adding to the rear. Both will include hitches for a hitch mount winch.

When I got the wheels, someone else had already spray painted them black and well, I can't stand the wheels being black. Here is before:

And after:

Only had time to do 2 of the wheels.

Spent a little money today on tires and last week I removed the lift blocks from the rear leaf pack to get rid of the hot rod look. Also mounted mudflaps, just need to readjust them now.

I'll post more tomorrow. Tires are gy duratracs 33x12.5r15 and drive great! Just a slight hum to them.

Finished trimming my rear fenders last night. Looks like I now have room for at least a 35 on the back now.

Hopefully soon we will get rain or snow and I can go play in the hills.

Few updates, been working on a new set of front fenders that just need to be painted when it warms up enough to paint.

Built a wood organizer box for the backseat to clean up the mess of tow straps and recovery gear and other crap in the back of the cab.

And today I drilled out my recovery tabs on the bumper to fit a 3/4" shackle and notched the bumper for a receiver then went to my father-in-laws work to weld the receiver up.

This is the front and bottom side of the bumper.

Backside of it(wanted to keep it from sticking out very far.

All done waiting to paint and install.
