Does anyone have any advice or recommendations on how to free a tumbler that will not move---absent replacing the lock, of course?

Graphite lube, spray it right down in there, let it soak and then give it some jiggles.

Id use pb blaster first. Once it’s freed up coat it in graphite lube to keep it from happening again.
