2004 needs front bed support rail. Any resources?

Hey all. Does anyone still make a replacement for the front bed support rail for a 2004? If anyone knows of a resource to get it I’d appreciate it. I didn’t really want to have to fab something. Thanks.

I've seen them on Ebay in the past, but it's the entire front bed panel.
