Haha that's true. You could just gear you axle's to 5:13 or more.

Thanks man just lookin for some solid axles to sas it now and with the stock gears and the 33's it gets about 12-13mpg so not that great.definately need gears/motor swap.Truck looks good bud! What's your fuel mileage like?

I've done a 2.9 to 4.0 swap. The milage doesn't increase a whole lot, but you'll notice it when you take hills.
I'm lookin to get alittle more power and get some more mpg,but I can't have it down for very long, otherwise I'd do a 5.0 swap.
I've been able to keep up with 5.0 explorers. You just run the hell out of your transmission.![]()
