Will it fit stock?

Hey guys I just picked up a set of 225 75R 16 tires and im wondering will they fit on my 99 b4000 with no upgrades? Im currently running 265 75R 15's.
Also with the tire swap would i need to get the spedo rechecked or whatever it is cause of the tire diffrence?

Do an internet search for "tire size comparison tool". There are several. Most show a side by side comparison of old and new tire/rim combos along with how your speedometer will be affected. In the tech help section of TRS there is a chart for how it will affect your gear ratio as well.

I do know that with 16 inch tires you will need 16 inch wheels. It was unclear to me that you picked up tires and wheels or just tires.
