While I'm not usually so hip on the whole lowered truck scence, your truck was looking pretty slick with it lowered and sitting on those rims with the sliver insert (not to kee on the other rims).

More photos as you progress please!

Other wheels are just winter rims with snow tires!......
The truck is my daily..and is driven through indiana winters!

Very nice. Bummer on the damage. I'd love to build a clean ranger with a more street performance based suspension and drop a nasty small block in it.

Nice truck, i love how it looks.
shame about the damage, it looks a bit like what i did to my moms truck.

I hope u fix it fast!

Bryan here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He came to my work the other day and as I told him what I was going to do, I hugged the damaged spot and told her that we will bring her back to the way she was.:bawling:

It seems to be the TOTM curse. Guys win it and not long after, something happens to their truck.

We will get her fixed, its just a matter of time thats all. Other things taht were done recently were changing out of the rear air shocks from fullsize broncho ones to smaller (slimmer I want to say) due to the sway bar rubbed a hole in one:icon_surprised:. Future plans are to build traction bars for the rear too and fix the pinion angle on it, points up when it shouldnt, and a few other things too.:icon_cheers:

As far as putting a v8 in her, dont think its going to happen. I have tried to convence him but he wont budge. The 2.3 Duratec is nice though and does have alot of ass to it for its size plus is nice on the gas mileage too.

Slick looking truck, you just need to put an engine under the hood worthy of lighting those 315s up

not sure on power so much anymore...

have to consider the late stang 6 or the one from the truck in it over a 302 these days if i wanted a ford powered daily driver ranger....especially a nice 2wd like this one..

the ecoboost is cool, but hell if it isnt too complicated. the n/a 300 hp 6 that is rated at 22mpg in a fullsize is hard to shoot down....cheap as hell to buy too.

finding a low mile 302 is one thing...finding a decent 3.7 is easy. emisions is a non issue ect with the later swaps...seems like a solid choice. of course personally i like v8 noise....but those in the know, are aware the new n/a 6 dont sound like a normal 6 either.. not sure how well it would fit in a lowered ranger though.

that 4 wheezer wont last forever....:D

I will say the current engine lights up those tires nicely and very easily too.

Looking good! Glad you got it fixed. Sorry the grille I have didn't work out, but I really like the look of the new hood and bumper.

4 grand? really? wow.

boy am i glad i know a body shop.

hood and fender used, rad support, headlight and grill you can find for $350 here, bumper would be like 100, paint it all any your maybe $600.

im just doing the math, i have no collision so if that happens to me, im thinking what it will cost.

good to see its fixed man.

BTW, what size were those BFG's you used to have on there before you lowered it?
