powerwashed the inside of my fiberglass leer topper. Not thoroughly but for a good 3-5 min before I noticed it getting damaged

I believe I stripped off the gel coating and now there are loose fibers everywhere. Id like to sweep it out and reapply more coating

I asked if I could spray paint it to seal the fibers and Someone mentioned polyurethane and/or gel coating but the and/or part was never clarafied. i do have a polyurethane in a spray can, though.

All the internet sources speak on boat repair and I don't think it will see the same stresses as the hull of a boat.

And the best way to sweep it out? Strap it to the bed upside down and drive on the freeway against the wind??

I suppose it is also a good time to change those dead window gaskets, anyone know where to disconnect them? I could take pics and post

I would be inclined to set it on the ground upside down and apply some fiberglass epoxy with a brush. No fiberglass, just the epoxy.

Planter boxes get fuzzy with age as weather wears off the resin but leaves the fibers. They itch and stick to clothing.

We just hit them with clear coat in a rattle can, works great.

It is not good practice to use a pressure washer that develops 3000 or more psi near a paint job unless you want to remove it.
