Which boot?

I need to replace the boot on my rear driveshaft. There is a split in the existing boot and its spraying grease.
Shaft is from a 2000 extended cab 4x4 4.0L
Cannot locate a boot online. The only one I found that comes close is a Spicer 212250X but all the info say its for 2002-2010 models (mine is 2000). Anyone know if this boot will (or will not) work on this shaft?
I want to be sure before I order it, get it shipped, tear the old one off and find out it doesn't work. Using on my daily driver and cannot afford to be down a vehicle...

Any driveline shops around? If so they could probably size something that way.

I would think the best way to get that part would be to measure it with a cheap caliper. Probably sold by:
End1 Diameter
End2 Diameter
Length (Minimum)
Length (Maximum)
