What wiring on top of 2019 rear floor hump?

I loaned my 2019 Ranger (Lariat, crewcab) to someone I shouldn't have. It's my fault.

The person hauled scrap and engine parts. Some sort of block rolled off the back seat and landed on the floor hump, and now the truck will start no problem but won't go into gear.

I get messages announcing that 911 assist is not available, that the rear seatbelts are no longer monitored, and pre-collision assist isn't available. Truck will not shift out of park.

I had it towed to my dealer but they're telling me they can't even look at it until Aug 22.

Any ideas? Something probably crushed or cut on the floor hump. I can't imagine what else it could be. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

I would probably suggest start by pulling up the carpet and look for anything under wherever the impact to the floor was. If you find a damaged harness, untape/unravel it and look for crushed or cut wires and repair accordingly (be sure to also disconnect the battery beforehand). Also check for any evidence of liquid spills.

Its also possible to replace the affected section of harness (this would put the truck back to its original condition), but dealers tend to demand loads of $$$ for most wiring harnesses. This shouldn't be that hard of a repair for someone knowledgeable about wiring if that is the issue.
