What slave cylinder to buy?

Please post on your experience with slave cylinders. Are there specific brands to avoid? Which one is best. I've had a bad slave for the last 3 years and it's taken its toll on my tranny and clutch. It's not a bleeding issue. Done it many times using different methods even reverse bleeding. If I stay depressed and give it about 30 seconds it will disengage, but this has mixed results at best. Anyway, time to rebuild the tranny and I don't want a shitty slave again. Please let me know about your experiences.
