The original discussion has disappeared. IDK.

We need some positive news. What did you do to your Ranger taday?

Did the lettering on the grill.

I took more Vulcan related parts off of it. Mostly bolts and brackets but making headway. Getting ready for a v8 swap is daunting when you dont have a garage or proper work space.

once it quits snowing (yes right now it’s snowing in central ohio) im going to load it up with supplies to swap out my mailbox, back it up to my current mailbox and start on that job. right now I have a conventioal steel box on a round 6” pole and am changing it to a plastic step2 box (with a rear door) that mounts to a 4x4 post. Going to go as deep as possible, pour in some quickcrete , cut off the excess post & attach the new assembly. these boxes are $60 or so new, got mine for $5 last weekend from someone who changed their mailbox stlye.

We got about 3 inches of snow over night... still snowing now.

A few days ago... I wrenched my back. So with the snow and my aching back...I'm not working my first Friday in a long time. I'm a bit limited on Ranger stuff I feel like doing.

I think I'm going to pop the grill off my truck and install my T-Rex grill insert. I need to run out and see if I can find a bottle of touch up paint... might do a donut in the parking lot of Advance Auto

Situation normal, in the garage on jackstands.

I did get my insurance card for it yesterday though.

I walk past it every day. The dash wiring is still on the work bench in the house....

Put a new brake light switch on it yesterday. Coming home from work Monday night, noticed people behind me were getting awfully close. Backed it up to a fence, and while they still worked, had to really push the brake pedal hard to do so. But now, I can't get the damn ABS warning light off. I didn't do anything to the ABS. I removed the switch, unplugged the connector, plugged into the new switch, put it back on the pedal lever. WTF?? Maybe because I forgot to disconnect the negative terminal on the battery before doing this? Disconnect and reconnect the battery, light goes away?

Is your fluid level ok? Probably a coincidence.
