Walker Flexas Ranger.......yes another one!

Damn it! Get it right, its XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX253, the jeep is done and gone :thefinger:

oh yea, forgot you finished that one :thefinger:

Well Im still waiting for my trans to get finished and still waiting on shop to finish my radius arms. Been working on little stuff in the meantime.

Fuel lines are now all ran. Going to be making a panel behind seat to mount all my relays and wiring for the fan, fuelpump and rear lights. Cutting a hole in corner of cab near where the battery is mounted and using a grommet to run wiring thru to each accessory.

I got my lower coilover brackets from Ballistic that fit the D44 knuckle.

Wish I had a "before" pic of my old Bronco2 front bumper but I forgot.I chopped it down and cut it up a little and refit it so it works on the Ranger now. Turned out great and the tube bumper looks awesome with the other tubing.

I bolted up the glass hood and got it all lined up and installed the pins. Had to add some fiberglass filler to one edge and after its sanded down I will hit it with some fresh white paint.

I have a Smitybilt xr8 right now but I plan to buy a Warn Powerplant in the spring and move the XR8 to the rear.

Well I pick up my trans tomorrow. Had to do a complete rebuild since all the thrust bearings were toast and the planetary was on the verge of coming apart. Caught it just in time.
Also waiting for my upper coilover mounts,CB stuff, trackbar mount and GPS speedo from Speedhut to show up. Been doing a ton of wiring and so far the fan, backup lights and fuel pump are all wired up.

Went and got a bunch of 1inch copper stuff and my buddy and me got the cooling system all plumbed. No leaks!

Here how it turned out following the path of flow...

Starting to lay out the new gauges for the dash and start wiring in some tunes. Ordering one of these http://www.kicker.com/pxi502 so I wont have a normal radio/cd player. Its waterproof and I have some nice 4x6 2ways to mount behind the seat.

Glad you went with copper, but I would have used a little larger diameter pipe, you might have issues with high pressure due to the smaller pipe. If you have hot temps when you run it, it's most likely be to the reduced flow. I'd increase it to at least 1.25". Other than that, it looks great, keep up the work!

Well strange as it may sound I wanted to use 1.25 but I couldnt find a single place in town that had any! I could get 1inch everywhere so I went back and did some research online and found quite a few people who are only using 1 inch I.D. pipe, tubing or hose and they reported no issues. If I run into issues I will change it latter but for now its done and we shall see! My only real concern is since I work rite outside of Detroit Im wondering if I should paint all of it since there is over 200.00 in copper hanging in plain site!

Yes, paint it!

Not taking any bends into account (which will affect this system's restriction more than the diameter of pipe) a 1", 1.25", 1.5" pipe will add 0.7psi, 0.4psi, 0.1psi restriction to his cooling system. Assume 20gpm flowrate and 12ft run (6ft there and back).

You could also double up and run two 1" pipes with a Y at the hookup points...

Right now Im not even worried about it. Im taking my underdrive pulleys off and putting stock ones back on to speed up the pump at low speeds.
