URGENT: 92' Ranger Shift Motor Differences.

The origninal motor is no longer repairable. Shown below is the comparison of the wiring between the original ford, vs the new aftermarket motors sold online. How are the new ones wired in. There seems to be some differences in the large plug, and apprears to be missing the extra plug altogether.

This seems to be a difficult topic to research. Hoping somone here has gone thru this.

The motors are the same.
The first link shows a shift motor with a shaft speed sensor and the brown wire for the magnetic clutch (its the cut wire).

So how does the new motor get installed missing these wires and speed sensor?

You splice them in. It should be explained right in the directions.
