this is my first ever post on here and i was wondering if its worth my time to turbo my 2.9 with over 400 thousand k on it.

Check out some of petroleumjunkie412's stuff about turboing and modding a 2.9.
They can be made into pretty decent little screamers...but with 400,000 kilometers (around 250,000 miles) youre going to be putting alot of stress on already pretty worn rings and other internals.
If you really want to turbo it, i would rebuild the engine first.
