Truckspotters

I had a 1988 Chevy Sprint at one time. Dinky car. Not much to it. I was definitely not made to keep on the road long term. It did have a carburetted 3 cylinder engine and a manual transmission. Not a speed demon but not slow either.

Like a 2.9, you better not let it over heat, or you'll be replacing the engine.

This caught my eye on the way out of the Mexican restaurant tonight.

I forget what it is called but it's a new Army vehicle.
those are based on the Chevy Colorado pick up truck. supposedly good for quick action and can hold 9 soldiers. like a hummer but with the original Willys Jeep maneuverability. and cheaper than a hummer.

So it'll break in half from frame rot in 4 years?

View attachment 145818On bring a trailer at the moment.
If you hadn't noticed at first, that tractor has a Ford flathead V-8. That was not an official option for the N–series tractors when new, but evidently the V-8 is an easy swap with the standard flathead 4. I've seen pictures of a couple of other converted Ns.

‘88 bronco Popup camper conversion.

5.0 manual. Pass through from the can into the camper part.

Cool. I wonder if the camper is removable or they just made a RV out of a Bronco?

I'm pretty sure those were removable slide-in campers.

Simebodys little daily beater was at the park where I excercise.
