Even if I can't make it, there should be a Ranger meet held in the parking lot of the Claycomo plant here in KC before the banner leaves town. That would make for some cool pics with that hugemungous blue oval watertower in the background....
I know it's not the home of the Ranger, rather the F-150 and Escape, but still...

And that sucks. I used to work 75 hours a week, and I about died.

OK all ya'll, I'm leaving West Alexandria, Ohio on Friday 11/26. I going to Palm Springs, California via I-70 to St Louis, I-44 to OKC, I-40 to Flagstaff, I-17 to Phoenix and I-10 to Palm Springs. If the banner needs a lift going that way let me know and we will plan for it. I'm returning 12/21 with a detour thru Dallas.

This sounds like a great opportunity during Thanksgiving!!! This solves your problems! Communicate with Airborne to get this thing moving again...

not if Jim lets it go back to the east coast via TRS members handing it off...I was willing to wait for it on the return trip, but a TRS member was willing to go completely out of his way to give the Banner to me...So let's work together to get it round-trip...if its O.K with Jim O. (lots of interest & POSITIVE feedback could help him decide!!!!!!)

it goes where it goes....I had to pass by 3 other members who wanted to sign it, but their employers wouldn't give them a 5 minute break to sign it.....I feel for ya.....

I'm going to California- doesn't mean the banner has to, if I pick it up on my trip I can transfer it to some one along the way. What ever is decided is OK by me, I'll still be warm for a month!!!!
