This is what 35,000 worth of lift looks like.

I like how they still have an 8.8 in it. If I was spending that much, I'd at least go for a 9". I like the work on the frame and stuff tho... Looks good.

:icon_confused: That's not an 8.8 there buddy. It's a sterling. BIG difference. :icon_rofl:

The first truck is just like all the rest.
The second truck is far worse, what kind of booty fab is that? Why in the F$^& would you use angle iron for supports? :dunno:

I have alot of respect for anyone that can fab like that. The actual work looks pretty damn good. I wonder as a technician putting something like that together if you ever think to yourself........god this is stupid, then you just keep welding. Or in your mind your like stoked as hell thinking your building the hottest thing ever.

If it were me, hell i'd build a truck like that with harley springer forks on it for springs and 4 link it with welded chain like something indian larry would use on his down tubes iif you paid enough money and wanted it. but i'd definitly be thinking god this is a waste of money and i'd be laughing inside at the owner.

For a show truck it looks pretty good. The fabrication looks great. It is definitly a main street mudder though. I agree on the ride quality though, he won't have any teeth left after a trip.

holy spring arching batman!

Yeah, it's a Sterling 10.25 or 10.50. Either way, yeah, I'd go with Rockwells but the Sterlings are strong. Nice fab work.

And everyone is saying the economy is no good. Looks like 1980's show trucks to me(lots of worthless chrome), but hey at least the owners are getting some cash back out there into circulation. Each to their own I guess....

Hey, those are cute.
