Third Gen OEM Fender Flares

I know some third gens have stock fender flares usually gray or black ones. I was wondering if this was an option and where can get them. Also, how the hell are they mounted?

they're stock on 4x4 models and there are holes pre-drilled into the bedside where these little clips lock into. on the inside of the wheel well, they're clipped into more pre-drilled holes with plastic retainers.
