High third brake light issue

Yes it works when brakes are compressed,
But with the light staying on, cruise control not working,

Some LED brake/turn signal lights required a flasher that supported LEDs. It would drop the voltage down since 12 vdc was too much for them. At least that was the older LED lights.

Tried the LED turn flasher, no change
