I replaced the solenoid, now my engine won't crank. Think I may have wired it up wrong. I can't make any sense of the wiring diagrams, does anyone have a picture of what it should look like? Its an '86 2.3l manual

The big wire that goes to the starter goes all by itself on one side of the solenoid.

All the other big wires go on the other side.

The little red and blue wire goes on the little post.

Probably. If it doesn't work on the one try the other.

Start with the small post further forward, that's the one used on most of my solenoids for the small wire.

Yes, it's the one on the left side of the starter towards the front of the vehicle. Not sure what the other one does but some solenoids that I've seen have only one so it makes it easier...

You might want to cut the boot off that wire and use a crimp on round eyelet instead of the boot...the boots can become a source of aggravation over time...

It was wired correctly. The cable running from the battery to the starter was torn up.
