smog troubles, 92 2.3L ranger

Good news, passed with flying colors!! Was well under the averages. Afer the cat, clean egr passageway and PCV valve and i picked up a set of coil packs from a TOTALED 90's ranger with 39k on it for $40! So after those 4 things, she pulls great, no more misfire or stutter, no hesitation, i can burn rubber in first gear now and chirp em into 2nd, haha, truck was never able to chirp the wheels or even rev up before. So , i scored 14 HC, .05 CO, and a big fat ZERO on NOx!!!
Im pretty happy with the fruits of my labor. Grand total of about $400 to replace all the stuff iv done, radical improvement in performance and thus far, im seeing 24mpg, (including me revving the shit out of it to get the lucas fuel treatment through her). Im expecting to see 26mpg+ after all is said and done. Thanks for the pointers fellas, i really apreciate it.

I'd check the spark quality. Too much fuel, not enough spark, or worn out cats are the top three things that could cause your issue.

EDIT: Looks like you already did all that.
