Okay I'm back again, and now I'm dealing with a transmission issue. I have a tk5 that I bought that has an older version of the slave cylinder in which it operates via a pivot lever. Problem is is that my 86 has an internal slave. I would just switch out to the better transmission, but I have a super cab. So the drive shaft then becomes an issue. I have done much research on this and have also heard I can literally just switch out the front face plate, (where the main shaft comes out). I think I've figured out my engine issues pretty well by now, but this is a whole other world dealing with this issue. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what they might do?
