I was wondering how difficult it was to remove my left front fender to straighten out a dent from a fender bender, could I be able to beat it out without taking it off of would it be best to take it off? I see 4 bolts on top, 2 behind the headlight and one on the inside of the door opening, I looked I'm not seeing any other ones I see holes but I think the bolts are missing, any other bolts that I may not know of?

check for a bolt behind the wheel below the rocker panel as well. also take the plastic fender liner out, there may be some more behind it as well.

You might be better off to replace the fender than to try straightening it out. that looks like a pretty serious crinkle in it. check the junkyards and LMC truck for replacements. might not be too much to have one painted after you find one.

Ditto...looks pretty hosed to me...anytime you get sharp lines and creases it's hard to get them out...looks crappy afterwards, too.

I pulled off the plastic fender liner in hopes of being able to get the majority of it out I ain't too worried about little dents here and there I'm not looking for perfectness just wanting to make it look better then what it does now but I wasn't able to reach in there too much so I'm going to try and take it off in the next few days when I get time, I see how to do it now. Thanks everyone for the help

If I remember correctly there are a few bolts on top as well (where the hood shuts) a couple in the door sill and 1 or 2 at the front. Its been a number of years since I put the fiberglass fenders on, but from what I remember the stock fenders weren't to hard to take of.

Well heres the finished results

Looks like most of the farm trucks around here! (does it look good going 65 down the highway? Good enough!) As long as you are happy, it'll do just fine! It does look much better now!
