Mr. Ron D got 2002 ranger extenacab auto-trans, 4.0 v6. The truck must have come from up north or far east the bed and rear frame is all rust. And we don't have that problem here in Texas. My 93 and my 87 are rust free. anyway i have a friend that has a i think he said it's a 96 reg. cab. If i read it right reg.cab is 7ft. bed and ext.cab is 6ft. but is the frame the same. can i cut off the rear half of he and fish plate it on my truck. I have been looking at the safe-T-cap, the reg.frame is free if it well work. If not i can go with caps. Thanks
