Rangebe...version 2.0

It may be faster yet if I wasn't running HB brakes or if I had my unit ported.

I will be running a saginaw pump, and PSC steering box, thinking of this ram, 1.5" bore, 8" stroke, what stroke ram are you guys using?

When my new axles go in, I plan to pull my power steering pump and put in a hydraulic pump. I think it'll be cheaper and easier to go that route, won't have to worry about porting the pump or upping the pressure...

That's the same specs as my cyl...just marked up 200% to add a PSC logo.

The Saginaw can handle hydro assist and brakes no problem. Not to mention they are cheap at any parts store if you toast one on the trail and want to wheel the next day.

I wouldn't swap to a true hydro pump unless you are going full hydro on both axles

Thanks boys.

A few more things done.

Got the passenger bump can mounted, and strike pad welded in.

Grease zerks added to my swinger, the holes pass through past the delrin, and lubricate passages between the delrin/sleeve.

And got the passenger side tie rod made. I got everything to cycle perfectly with clearance with the heim on TOP of knuckle arm. I tried running it below and got bind.

Just wondering, why didn't you plate the frame there?

Didn't need it, its just holding a pivot point, there's no force being applied in this area...
