Double R 2.0 picked it up today. Double looked lonely so I picked up a friend today. 2.0 will be getting built a little different then his Orange friend. Still flatbed though. LOL Truck is 93 Super Cab 4.0 5 speed 4x4 electric shift.

She needs some love. I barely got it on the trailer since the rear axle was so tweaked...

Already have the front axle and rear gears. I am going to show how to build this one on a tight budget. You will just need a good welder, grinder, chop saw, and should be around $1000 bucks. And you need a truck. LOL I will be building the bed out of round tube but if you don't have a bender then square looks good too. Probably be a week or two before I get started.

Just wondering why your building a truck so similar to one you've got? Yeah I know more the better.

Too good a deal to pass up(I made a trade for the truck PO actually talked to me about SAS this truck before accident happened) ! Also I really enjoy seeing more Fords on the trail. Building these mild RBVs is fun and helps my business too.

Scribed! I love your work, man. I have a '94 that I want to build similarly so I'll be watching this for sure!

Got the bed off frame looks good. Axle, leaf springs, and front mount on the other hand not so much. LOL

Another good one, will you be doing a breakdown of the pieces needed for the d30 swap on this one?

I make almost all the parts from flat plate and tube.
So here is your list.
1/4" plate
2x2 .250 wall square tube.
2" .250 wall DOM
1.75 round tube
3 Johnny Joints with bungs and jam nuts.
Energy Suspensions 9.9489G
6 inch XJ coils
Need old Jeep track bar and 5/8 x 3/4 heim with bung and jam nut.
You can use stock Jeep steering just have to weld your old Ranger drag link and Jeep drag link together.
XJ high pinion Dana 30.
2 Chevy brake lines part # H38620 Advance Auto Parts.

With that list I can easily put a Dana 30 under TTB truck. Just need a welder, grinder, and drill.
Since I have plasma cutter and drill press mine go quick.

Why didn't you read the last thread? Once I start this one I will show why with a pic.

Had a couple hours after lunch so I got a little bit done on the rear. I need to go search for some leaf spring here soon.

This bar will be for the rear shackle mounts and also have hitch built in.
